Good reasons to write: a question about testing methodology, a factual correction, or a gut health supplement you think deserves an honest look from someone with 156 rows of tracking data and three years of weekly skin photos. My bar: is there a real mechanism, can I track it visibly over at least eight weeks, and would I take it myself for that long.

Pitching a product: tell me what it is supposed to do, what is in it, and whether there is any independent data behind it besides the brand's own claims. No paid placements. No sponsored posts. If I test it and it shows up in my weekly photos as a real change, I write about it. If not, I write that instead.
